Cancelling a bookingإلغاء الحجز

Cancel from My Bookings in the app. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before departure are refunded in full, automatically, to the card you paid with.ألغِ من "حجوزاتي" داخل التطبيق. الإلغاء قبل الإقلاع بأكثر من 6 ساعات يُسترد كاملاً وتلقائياً على نفس البطاقة التي دفعت بها.

When does a refund arrive?متى يصل الاسترداد؟

We release it immediately. Your bank decides the rest, and most cards show it within 5 to 10 business days.نطلقه فوراً من طرفنا، والباقي يعتمد على بنكك. غالب البطاقات تظهر المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

The captain cancelled, or the weather turnedالكابتن ألغى أو الجو تغيّر

A trip cancelled by the captain, or called off for sea conditions, is refunded in full regardless of how close to departure it was. You do not need to ask.الرحلة الملغاة من الكابتن أو الموقوفة بسبب حالة البحر تُسترد كاملة مهما كان قربها من موعد الإقلاع، وبدون ما تطلب.

Changing passenger detailsتعديل بيانات الركاب

Passenger names are filed on the manifest before departure and cannot be edited in the app once submitted. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will correct it.أسماء الركاب تُقدَّم في بيان الركاب قبل الإقلاع ولا يمكن تعديلها داخل التطبيق بعد الإرسال. راسلنا على واتساب برقم الحجز ونصححها لك.

Deleting your accountحذف حسابك

Open Profile in the app and choose Delete account. It removes your profile and personal data. Records we are legally required to keep — booking and payment records, and passenger manifests — are retained for the period the regulations require and nothing longer.افتح "الملف الشخصي" داخل التطبيق واختر "حذف الحساب". يُحذف ملفك وبياناتك الشخصية. أما السجلات التي يلزمنا النظام بحفظها — سجلات الحجز والدفع وبيانات الركاب — فتُحفظ للمدة النظامية المطلوبة فقط، ولا أكثر.

Becoming a captainالانضمام كـكابتن

Boat owners and licensed skippers can apply from the app — open the captain portal and choose Apply. You will need your boat registration and skipper licence to hand.ملاك القوارب والربابنة المرخّصون يقدرون يقدّمون من التطبيق — افتح بوابة الكباتن واختر "تقديم". جهّز رخصة القارب ورخصة الربّان.
